I looked at the cpu while it recording and the ZM was off , it doesn't go more then 55%. run this command ffmpeg -i /dev/video0 output.mp4 -r 25 -vcodec libx264 the record video was much better and running almost without any problems \jumps so maybe to try to use this commands in the image setting? ...

I'm using pi3 streach running zonminder v1.32.2
it is not a cpu problem
because it work with version 1.30.1 wiht 3 cameras.

unable to play video , what to do?

I work acoording to this manual

I really think it's a setup \ option issue and not cpu\version
I had pi3 with 3 cameras working \recording without any problem

maybe I need to download some codec or something ?
