I realize this thread might be a little old. I have the EzViz C6CN, and have gotten the video to work as well. I haven't gotten the PTZ to work yet, though. I second the question: has anyone gotten the PTZ to work for this model? Is it perhaps using a different HikVision model number that is the key...
