Did some more testing. Set up a camera in capture always, analysis none, and recording always. Recording set to frames only. Viewing was set to have a default scaling on 1/3. This setup ensured the recorded events would have a lot of frames so I could be sure I could change scaling in web interface ...

I turned on a more logging and I see that when it starts to process the scale value is set to 33, however somewhere is getting set back to 0. I've attached the zms log file. These errors are strange. I restated the old system to see what version it was running and it seems I had updated it to v1.37.23.
