I have formatted and reinstalled Ubuntu server 18.04.2 LTS and reinstalled ZM from zero, but the same problem.
I think it's a bug, but I didn't find no one with the same problem.

Hello, I have installed ZoneMinder 1.32.3 on Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS following this shell script .
