Image buffer size

I see many log entries about image buffer size. Now Zoneminder wants buffer size like 400 or 500 for some of my cameras. I haven't so much RAM for that. I already setup minimum keyframe interval on all cameras where i could do it. Can it so large keyframe intervals like 400 or 500? Or can it be any ...

h265 event view issue

I added 2 cheap chinenese cams with h265 codec support. I turned on H265 on them. I setup them as Mocord with "H264 Camera Passthrough" camera writer in Zoneminder. Now i can watch real-time video from them. Also they are avaliable at montage review. But if i try to watch any event from them (direct...

Re: Video's speed setting is reset on each new event's view

Sure, it should works like it was at old good days. I'm using 3 PC with Zoneminder. Two with 1.32 and one with 1.29 with old GUI. If i need to find when something happened, for example, in one week, on 1.29 i can turn on 4x or 10x speed and watch all events in gapless mode. Speed setting saves until...

Video's speed setting is reset on each new event's view

Video's speed setting is reset on each new event's view. It's very annoying in gapless view mode. :)

I increased camera's image buffer size from 20 to 50 and removed Maximum FPS and Alarm Maximum FPS. At first look, all working ok now.

Re: Time Issue & Filters Not Deleting

For the first question - yes, looks like your mysql using UTC time (or maybe only log_timestamps variable set to UTC).

Low FPS with H264 Camera Passthrough writer

I'm using Zoneminder 1.32.3 with Ubuntu 18.04. Connected 7 IP-cameras - one Hikvision and 6 cheap chinese cameras. All 720P and 25 FPS. When they are connected with H264 Camera Passthrough writer, all cameras, except Hikvision, are showing low (5-8) FPS at Zoneminder. Also Recorded video has lost fr...

Hi, what type of video writer do you use? I had the same issues when i configured my monitor's video writer to H264 Camera Passthrough.

Hi iconnor, thank you for you reply.

I tried to enable AUTH_HASH_LOGINS, but this didn't solve the issue.
