Installing on Kubuntu 13.10

Has anyone got ZoneMinder working on Ubuntu 13.10 64bit.

I followed "Installation from a .deb" but with advice from "Fixing Apache after Ubuntu 13.10 upgrade".

When I access localhost I get a blank page.

Any ideas, please? Thank you.
