Having a little trouble setting up a filter to remove events based on the date. I am sure there is something small I have over looked. I have tried a filter greater than -30days but this brings up all the events (zm has only been recording for 3 days). Also tried greater than -30 days greater than 3...

still struggling with this, I have zoneminder V 1.24.2 running on Ubuntu Server 10.04.2 32bit.

I have copied cambozola.jar to both the /var/www and /usr/share/zoneminder directories but still no streaming in IE ?? I get a refresh every 3 to 4 seconds?

Please can someone explain how I get zoneminder to save images to a location other than the default. I have a stripped raid array that I would like to use as storage. I have tried moving the /var/cache/zoneminder directory to the raid array and then creating a symlink but this results in errors and ...

Could someone please give me a simple method to allow secure access to the zoneminder streams via an internet connection? I have a default install of zoneminder 1.24.2 on ubuntu 10.04 server 32-bit. There are no other web hosting considerations required.

OK solved this, I had moved the images and events folders to a stripped software raid array but zoneminder was starting before the software raid, so just changed the boot sequence so that zonminder started after mdadm

It's an apache alias to the zm webroot..
