I had the same problem, but i had libavcodec installed. I solved it renaming the headers in zm_ffmpeg because it was looking for headers in /usr/include/libavcodec /usr/include/libavformat ... etc but in my debian all theese libs were in /usr/include/ffmpeg My zm_ffmpeg.h now looks like: #include <f...

Eventually i compiled it from source code of the debian unestable package, and it works fine!
